14K white gold ammonite hematite fossil pendant with 0.30ctw genuine brown diamond on 16" Chain. This beautiful piece is a handmade pendant, which contains an Ammonite fossil that was created naturally out of Hematite, an iron oxide mineral. Hematite has a polished, metallic blackish gold finish that creates a strikingly unique piece. The fossil was naturally pyritized during fossilization, and you can see the "fool's gold" on the inside of the ammonite. The fossil has been set into a 1.25" solid 14k white gold pendant, which is finished with a genuine 0.30ctw (approximate) brilliant round-cut brown diamond. The diamond is a beautiful, pinkish-brown color, and looks beautiful against the metallic sheen of the hematite and the brilliant sparkle of the pyrite. The pendant is in beautiful condition, and hangs on a 16" 14k white gold chain.
